While noise and events are monitored and prohibited in this neighborhood, we do encourage you to enjoy all of the amenities offered at Retreat 36! The neighborhood's common area movie theater, fitness center, seasonal pool and year-round hot tub, grilling pavilion, and billiard room area are great additions to the townhome's private hot tub, grill, and multiple family rooms for entertaining!

The townhome offers 4 traditional bedrooms which include a King master with ensuite bath, a King junior suite, and 2 Queen bedrooms. The lower level living area is a legal 5th bedroom offering two roll away twin beds with memory foam and a full ensuite bath. There is also a upper level loft space with two Twin beds, in total accommodating up to 12 travelers.
