Exclusive use of the upstairs area with 3 large bedrooms and large living area, serviced with a kitchenette, 220l fridge and table and chairs. Microwave, airfryer, 2 hotplates.
The outside deck looks over the sporting field. Enjoy the sea breeze. Easy 2 minute walk to Coffs Creek for swimming, canoeing and stand up paddle boarding. With picnic areas and electric barbeques. Level easy walk to Park Beach or the Jetty area, the jewel of Coffs Harbour. Walk up Muttonbird Island, Check out the Harbour and Jetty, go to numerous restaurants and hotel. All within an easy flat walk. Make the most of coastal living. Short drive to the shopping centres.
The owners have a separate living area downstairs to the rear of the home which is locked off.
Entry is keyless with a code, so no losing keys, People within in the group can come and go separately.

Fantastic weekend away

Clean and relaxing

We booked a couple of days in Coffs on our way back from Brisbane, and were looking for something comfy and clean to rest and see the sights. Unfortunately, the weather had other ideas, and we ended up spending almost all our time inside away from the storms. The property had everything we needed to keep us amused and entertained for two wet and rainy days. Margaret was such a lovely host, incredibly kind, even bringing our daughter blueberries her husband has just picked. We would definitely stay there again!

Edgar Street Coffs

A very nice place to stay in a fantastic location. Walking distance to local shops, the surf, marina and jetty. Some great walks and swimming spots. We will be back for sure! Thank you for having us
