"Palm Top" is in a lovely quiet street with lots of trees around and beautiful views to the water and distant mountains. The shops, beach, walking and bike track are all in walking distance.
The best way to get around is either by walking, bike riding or by car.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood in beautiful Vincentia, Jervis Bay. We are close to great beaches, scenic bike track and shops and cafes. It is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. All bed linen and bath towels are provided and the beds are all made for your arrival and are super comfy!. You just need to bring your own beach towels. We also provide free
Wi Fi. Our kitchen has new modern appliances. There is also a laundry.

The space

3 bedrooms upstairs. Two of them with queen beds and built ins and the third bedroom has a double bed. The mattresses are all modern and are really comfortable.

There is a convenient 3 way bathroom. The kitchen has been recently updated and is well stocked with all the things you need to cook with. There is also a Nespresso machine as well and tea and coffee making facilities are provided for your arrival.

We have an outdoor deck with chairs and tables and a Ziegler and Brown BBQ. There is a lovely view of the tree tops, water and mountains in the distance so its very relaxing just sitting there whilst listening to the birds that pass by and rest.

The living area has a table that seats 8.

There is a comfy couch and side chairs.

Large Smart TV with DISNEY, STAN, APPLE, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME all provided.

Downstairs is the laundry with washing machine and dryer and 2nd fridge. From the laundry you have access to the back yard. The garage is not accessible and is locked for personal use but we have an ample driveway at the front of the house that fits 3 cars.

Linen provided with beds made for arrival  - please bring beach towels.

Pets are strictly not allowed at this property.

Palm Top is not serviced.
For arrival - we supply a small supply of complimentary toilet paper, mini soaps, tea, coffee sachets, sugar and coffee pods. These items are not supplied for your entire stay.
You are also required to bring any personal items.
