The Space:
Rancho Laredo hosted by Hilde Homes is a magnificent custom-built home with 3,225 sq ft of living space, designed for friends and loved ones to escape the daily grind and sink into peace with warm contemporary furnishings and exquisite decor. Plus, indoor and outdoor fun! You'll have a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, pergola-shaded dining/BBQ area, a Peloton bike, in-home arcade, foosball, ping pong, and a 6-hole putting green!

(The garage has no AC, but we can provide some fans. Garage fun is best as an evening activity when it's cooler.)
– BACKYARD with built-in fun! Outdoor swimming pool & hot tub that can be heated (extra fee - see Other Things to Note section), fire pit, pergola-shaded dining area with 75” Smart TV, string-lights over the pool, barbecue grills and a 6-HOLE PUTTING GREEN!
– WELL & GOOD CERTIFIED: Professional award-winning cleaning service with offsite laundering, hotel-fresh linens & guest essentials.
Pool heating is available from September through June. During July and August, heating is not offered, as the pool naturally maintains a delightful, warm temperature, perfect for a refreshing summer swim.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $125/day (minimum 2 days). Please request it at least 36h before you check-in. If you are staying with us for 7 days or more, we offer a discounted rate of $95/day.

The home is 35.3 miles | 57 km (about a 45-min drive) from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Other means of transportation include ride services like Uber and Lyft.
Interaction with Guests:
The home uses a Smart Lock keyless entry to self-check in with the electronic door code.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week.
