We stayed there bc they had a pool and we have an 8 year old. The pool was absolutely disgusting and unusable.

The pool had a heater which was really nice for the kids. The pool table was enjoyed and easy to move around in order to make the shots in the smaller space. The video game also entertain the kids quite a bit. The house was very nice.

The house was fine, but there was a general lack of attention to detail. The pool was green and dirty, and even though they promised several times to send someone to clean it no one ever came. Also, the gas grill and fire place didn't work. Lastly, it's obvious this is owned by a large property management group that force you to sign an unfair, one-sided agreement that even VRBO agreed was unfair and wouldn't be upheld if something happened. Overall "OKAY" is the best way to describe this property / experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the pool condition, service delays, and the issues with the grill and fireplace. This is not the standard we strive for, and we are addressing these matters with our team. We also appreciate your comments regarding our policies and will review how they are communicated.-GoodNight Stay
