We had a very nice stay at this property in Shinjuku. It offered space enough for our family of five and was close to the train station and many shops and food. The only thing I would advise is being aware that there is a lot of nightlife noise you can hear from the apartment.

My family of four stayed here for four nights. Asami was an excellent communicator and helped us with a wheelchair delivery before we arrived. The unit was clean and just as pictured. It is in a busy area so we could hear noises at night but that was part of the reason we wanted to stay here... to have easy access to stores, restaurants and cafes. And it was so convenient to have a washer! We were able to pack light without worry.

We spent five nights at this apartment in late October and really appreciated its convenient location, surrounded by plenty of dining options and just a two-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station. Travelling with four adults and a three-year-old, we found the apartment to be excellent value for money. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and dining table. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient for our group. The check-in process was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt, helpful, and efficient throughout our stay. For families or groups of more than two people looking for a comfortable, well-located, and affordable place to stay in Tokyo, this apartment offers fantastic value. We would happily recommend it!

I’m about 190cm (75 in) tall so I was a little worried about my height, but I didn’t have any issues at all. I never hit my head on a doorway, I was able to stand fully upright in the shower without hitting my head, and my feet didn’t hang off the side of the bed. Additionally there was space for toiletries in the bathroom and space to hang towels.

Asami was very responsive and helpful. It is just a very short 3 min walk to JR station, surrounded by restaurants, 7-11 and Family mart both within a block. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is very convenient. The only downside is that occasionally people will knock on the door to the apartment. We were told to ignore them and that is what we did. It only happened once to us, but it was a little uncomfortable.

This apartment was great. We had four adults and it was just enough space with four large pieces of luggage. Having two bathrooms was priceless and having the toilets separate from the shower room was amazing. It was clean, well located, easy short walk to the subway, plenty of food in the area. Great communication ahead of time on how to access the apartment. Came with well written instructions about how to use the toilet, shower, air-conditioning, etc. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment and in a really busy, fun, and entertaining location. We were a family of 5 adults, with 3 grown boys, so it was great to have 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of places to eat, drink, and get deserts right outside the front door. And it is only a 2-3 minute walk to the train station. Communication with the owner was excellent. She stayed in touch and was available for questions and requests from the time we booked the apartment. She even provided a 25 page booklet of instructions for the apartment with things like how to use the many remotes, AC, washing machine, stove and amenities - all translated in 3 languages. This spot is an excellent choice and I highly recommend it. Shinjuku is a great spot to stay.
