The garage is converted into a game room & will keep you entertained for hours with ping pong, a basketball hoops & corn hole!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, and boat dock with both boat & jet ski lifts. Guests also have access to the community park that includes neighborhood ramp.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be.

This is a non-Pet Friendly Property 

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

There is an exterior camera on the front of the house.
