Welcome to Cozy on Cavendish, your home away from home with some of the world’s best parks minutes away and a private pool that allows the fun to start with just a step out your door. From start to finish, days are sure to be filled with fun and memories in the making.

Each guest has space to relax in the shared living spaces, while the open concept layout allows the whole group to remain together. While some choose to lounge on the spacious sectional couch with a movie on the smart tv, others can be enjoying a snack at the kitchen counter. The cook of the group can visit while also making use of the stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster. Meals at home can be shared at the dining table for 5 or perhaps poolside in your screened-in pool and patio area.

This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds, colorful linens, and subtle design touches featuring favorite characters like Mickey Mouse and Goofy.

The home shares an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-2 parking spaces are provided.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
-The pool heat is available with an additional fee of $19 per night. If you would like the pool to be heated, please contact us before the check-in date to have the fee added.
-In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.
-Due to an unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

This home is less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and just up the road from restaurants and major stores at modern shopping complexes like Sunset Walk. In addition to the fun you’ll have on property and exploring Disney parks, other nearby attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios, Lake Kissimmee State Park, and The Kennedy Space Center, all within easy reach.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
