We call it Periwinkle Place, you can call it home, home for your vacation visit.

If you’re planning a family vacation to Disney, let this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental villa serve as your home base for all your adventures! With enough space to sleep 8 and an enclosed lanai with a large private pool, this Davenport home is not only extremely close to all of Orlando’s major attractions, but it provides the perfect place for a relaxing retreat!

Located in Hampton Lakes, 15 minute drive from Disney Springs. Close to Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney World, Epcot, Kennedy Space Center, Tampa Bay, Daytona Beach. Also close to all amenities such as Wal-Mart, Target & Publix supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and pharmacies. This villa is your home away from home with flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, full cable access & free wi-fi, West facing pool with sails for shade, tables and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with recently installed brand new stove, fridge and microwave. Dining area, inside laundry, linens and hairdryers. The villa is constantly being updated to keep it in tip top condition for our guests to relax and enjoy. Just bring your suitcase!

- Hampton Lakes community grants access to various amenities, including tennis courts, a volleyball court, playgrounds and a basketball court!

Please note:
The villa/house is a self catering house. We start you off with a toilet roll & small soap in each bathroom & a bag in each bin, including trash can, after that guests buy their own. We put a dishwasher tab & washer tab in and ask guests to start a load of washing and turn the dishwasher on before leaving. Also remove all trash from the house and put in the trash can and to not leave excessive trash.

The experience was fantastic! The management group made a special trip to the house at 11:30 PM on Christmas Eve to replace a battery in a smoke detector. Such a minor issue, but they were so willing to take care of it for us! The house was very clean. This house made our Christmas extra special!

Great stay!

Nice, clean house. The stay was great! We contacted the owner and she responded right away. She was very nice and welcoming. I would suggest bringing extra dish soap, paper towels, washing pods, and trash bags for the kitchen.

Location was great. The house itself was nice, a bit dated but that’s okay. The carpet wasn’t well vacuumed and there were bits of stuff on it. Also some of the furniture was not dusted so I did a little cleaning.

Getting in was a little tricky but once that part was figured out all good do think hand soap should be provided at least to start people off or note that you have to buy it. Plenty of space enough dishes an towels an wash cloths the down side was the pool some how drained itself which sucked, because, on the last night, we wanted to swim before. We had to head back home.great location, nice neighborhood, very quiet, easy to get to plenty of shops nearby.

Lovely home
