Cottage Un RĂȘve de Campagne for meetings with friends, family, climbers, work meetings, etc.

You can only be seduced by this beautiful country house, in absolute calm, not overlooked, without being isolated. The house is warm, friendly and comfortable, bathed in sunshine, renovated and tastefully decorated. The front and rear gardens are walled.
Through its large openings on the ground floor, you will be on the ground floor in the south-facing garden with the possibility of taking your meals outside on the terrace, on the grass or in the courtyard.
Its distribution makes it as user-friendly in small numbers as it is numerous.

6 bedrooms with 7 single beds + 4 double beds + 3 extra mattresses + 1 baby cot. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, the others are upstairs. They all have garden views and recent bedding. The bedroom with 2 double beds has a curtain to isolate the 2 beds. The landing has doors to make a 7th extra bedroom (communicating).

Trampoline, table tennis, swing, other outdoor and board games. TV, stereo, wifi. Fireplace. Very well equipped with furniture and dishes. Large dining tables indoors in winter or outdoors in summer.

Malesherbes RER station 7 km away.

NB: The house is not rented for dancing evenings.
Groups up to 18 people welcome (supplement of 15 to 18 people).
Our weekend package is a REAL weekend, from Friday evening to Sunday evening (and not until Sunday morning as in many places).
The deposit can be sent by uncashed check if no problem.

Great place for peace and quiet

We travelled with 4 families for a few days and had a fantastic time at the residence. It has lots of space, specially for the kids, and is equipped with everything you might need. We would love to come back soon!

Cute and rustic

It was like taking you back into time. Very cute cottage with lots of room for a large family. Quiet and peaceful, grocery store is about a 10 minute drive in the next closest town.

Very nice house, perfect with kids!

We stayed here for four days with our friends (12 adults, three kids) and were lucky to have perfect summer weather, so we were able to use the beautiful garden for dinner and barbecue. Especially the kids liked the garden very much, as there is a ping-pong table and rockets for badminton, balls, and a huge trampoline. The interior of the house is very nice, too! I guess the owner is an interior designer, so the decoration, patterns and the colors of each room perfectly match each other. It is a wonderful country house and we hope to stay here again some time. Thanks to Sandra for the alsways helpful support and all the best to you! Sncerely, S.B.

Great base for a bouldering trip with friends

18 of us stayed in this lovely house for a week. We loved having the large garden, especially the outdoor games on offer. The house itself was really nice with a good size lounge, well appointed kitchen and separate dining room. The local village is very quiet and the nearest town has a great bakery and a few supermarkets. If you're visiting the area to boulder, there's one spot only a ten minute drive away (Buthiers Piscine) and many more great options within easy driving distance. The only thing I'd advise is going with a slightly smaller group, 15 max. It's really only big enough for that many as there's not quite enough spaces around the dining table nor seats in the lounge to fit 18 and three people have to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Also, 3 bathrooms between 18 is a stretch. Communicating with the owner was very easy, they were really helpful and responsive. We would happily stay here again, with a slightly smaller group!

Un rĂȘve de campagne

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cette maison pour cĂ©lĂ©brer les 20 ans de notre fils en famille, nous Ă©tions 16. Les informations et la logistique pour accĂ©der Ă  la maison ont Ă©tĂ© facilitĂ©s par la disponibilitĂ© et l’écoute de Sylvie notre contact. J’avais passĂ© commande (une semaine avant l’évĂšnement) au traiteur du supermarchĂ© local les repas du samedi midi et samedi soir ainsi que le gĂąteau d’anniversaire. Sur place, nous avons dĂ©couvert une maison chaleureuse, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e aussi bien Ă  l’intĂ©rieur qu’à l’extĂ©rieur. Tous unanime pour dire qu’on recommence demain pour une autre occasion, au mĂȘme endroit et en partenariat avec le traiteur local.

Un séjour au top!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gßte spacieux et confortable. Le jardin est trÚs agréable, avec de nombreux jeux. L'intérieur est bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de nombreux loisirs et visites. Nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié la base de loisirs de Buthiers et le chùteau de Fontainebleau. Nous recommandons ce gßte pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Chemin d’entrĂ©e barrĂ© par une chaĂźne cadenassĂ©e : Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, on peut soit enjamber la chaĂźne en portant les valises, soit glisser sur la boue en la contournant. Chauffage insuffisant et impossible Ă  augmenter car gĂ©rĂ© Ă  distance par les propriĂ©taires. Bois facturĂ© en plus si l’on voulait se rĂ©chauffer en faisant un feu
Matelas d’une Ă©paisseur trĂšs limitĂ©e et donc peu confortables. Un sommier absent, prĂ©tendument cassĂ© la veille mais dĂ©jĂ  absent sur les photos de fĂ©vrier dernier
 Mot sur le frigo qui enjoint de mettre un bon avis (prĂ©cision Ă©crite : 4/5 = mauvais avis). Et effectivement, la gĂ©rante a refusĂ© toute remise en cause, et nous a assaillis de sollicitations visant a retirer l’avis critique que l’un des convives avait eu l’outrecuidance de publier. DĂ©cevant pour ce qui est de la prestation, et franchement insupportable concernant le comportement a posteriori de la gĂ©rante.

Du charme

Cet ensemble de maison ancienne a du caractÚre. Dans un ancien village d'habitations (vous n'y trouverez aucun commerçant mais commodités accessibles en voiture à 15 mn), c'est le calme complet au milieu des champs de blé et de betterave. Parfais pour se retrouver entre amis.

Une location trop contraignante

Le logement en soi est trĂšs bien : agrĂ©able, convivial, bien Ă©quipĂ©... Cependant, il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs compliquĂ© pour nous d'y sĂ©journer de maniĂšre "apaisĂ©e" durant ne serait-ce qu'un week-end de 2 jours. En effet, bien que la propriĂ©taire et son assistante se soient montrĂ©es relativement rĂ©actives dans nos Ă©changes, il m'a Ă©tĂ© envoyĂ©e quasiment 50 pages de documents Ă  lire (41 pages d'Ă©tat des lieux, un livret d'entrĂ©e / de sortie,...), ce qui a rendu les infos importantes complĂ©tement illisibles et inaccessibles. Pour une location d'un week-end uniquement, cela me parait grandement inadaptĂ©. De plus, au sein de la maison, il y avait tout un tas de rĂšgles Ă  respecter qui n'Ă©taient pas stipulĂ©es auparavant sur Abritel et qui engageaient des frais supplĂ©mentaires. Par exemple, il y avait une cagnotte / tirelire pour y mettre de l'argent en cas de casses ou de consommation (1e un verre ordinaire, 3e un verre de vin ordinaire, 3e une flĂ»te, 10e une tasse ou un bol, 5e une assiette blanche ordinaire, 15e une autre assiette ou verre, 3e une bĂ»che de bois consommĂ©e,...). Il y avait aussi un forfait de 50e appliquĂ© si quelqu'un oubliait quelque chose; auxquels devaient s'ajouter les frais d'envois postaux. Il y avait Ă©galement un forfait de 150e en cas de non rangement d'une piĂšce extĂ©rieure (rĂ©serve)... Cela me semble inadaptĂ© lorsque vous mettez votre maison en location, voire abusif. D'autant que le prix initial est loin d'ĂȘtre "low-cost". A noter Ă©galement que la location peut ĂȘtre rĂ©servĂ©e pour 18 personnes (14 + 4 personnes en supplĂ©ment) alors qu'il n'y a que 15 vrais lits. De faux matelas (type matelas pour transats) peuvent-ils ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ©s comme "lits"?? D'autant que pour l'explication, j'avais effectivement rĂ©servĂ© pour 18 personnes puis j'ai sollicitĂ© la propriĂ©taire pour annuler le supplĂ©ment des 4 personnes (annulation dĂ» aux contraintes sanitaires liĂ©es au Covid-19) qui a finalement uniquement acceptĂ© de me rembourser 2 places sur les 4; sachant trĂšs bien que les lits n'en Ă©taient pas de rĂ©els... Bref, le logement en lui-mĂȘme est trĂšs bien, mais les rĂšgles le rendent invivables.

maison agréable malgré le manque d'entretien

point nĂ©gatif : - la chambre du bas est inutilisable.il y a deux matelas l’un sur l’autre en plus du sommier sur le lit de 160 cm ce qui le rend trĂšs haut et trĂšs mou. Nous devions faire dormir une personne de 90 ans, ce qui n’a pas Ă©tĂ© possible. - rideau de la salle Ă  manger abimĂ©, les tiroirs de cuisine abimĂ©s, pieds des tables basses bancales, morceaux de polystyrĂšne et torchons dans le jardin - nous avons eu froid le premier jour - la salle Ă  manger peut contenir 12 personnes, pour plus c'est compliquĂ© point positif: -maison propre et lumineuse -beaucoup de vaisselles -chambres Ă  l’étage agrĂ©able avec bonne literie -la salle de bain et les deux salles de douches sont pratique et bien entretenus. dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce gĂźte soit trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Maison trÚs agréable pour un we entre amis avec de jeunes enfants Grand jardin, trampoline, cuisine équipée, siÚge bébé... Par contre il faut penser à prendre un anti moustique car nous sommes tous revenus dévorés !

TrÚs bon séjour

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour! La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description! Elle est trÚs bien équipée et propre. Les équipements de jardin sont en trÚs bon état et son trÚs agréables. Mention spéciale à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
