This is the only vacation rental on Anna Maria's only natural spring-fed lake — a quiet, private body of water in the heart of Holmes Beach where ospreys call to each other overhead and the sunsets reflect off the water from your back balcony. The fishing dock in the backyard puts you directly on the lake. The brand new private pool is steps away.

Enter through the yellow front door into an open living and dining layout with two sliding glass doors that bring the lake view inside. The balcony has a grill — the right setup for cookouts with the water in front of you. The back porch overlooks the lake and pool, furnished with comfortable patio seating for the evenings.

Two bedrooms sleep five. The master suite has a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combination — the right end to a sandy beach day, especially for kids. The in-unit washer and dryer is in the master walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with ample closet space and a stone walk-in shower just outside the door. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for full meals at home. Two blocks to the Gulf — close enough for daily beach trips, far enough to feel genuinely removed from the tourist activity when you want quiet.

Palm view paradise

We had a great stay at the palm view cottage, a great little duplex with a pool and tiny lake view to fish from. Kitchen had everything we needed. 2 blocks from the gulf beach!

Perfect house for little family

Great house. Perfect for our family of 5. The pool was tiny but perfect for little kids. The bottom of pool is quite rough so be prepared for that. The kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfortable, & everything felt clean and comfortable. We did drive to the beach due to the walk, but it was doable.

Comfortable and clean

We loved our stay. The home was exactly what we were looking for. We had a slight electrical issue that was dealt with promptly by the property management team who informed me where the breaker box was. Other than construction work going on at 7 am around the lake, we really enjoyed our stay and the home. We love A.M.I. We had a very special time with our daughters and we plan to return in the fall for another visit. Most like will try to book this home for our trip.

Perfect property!

The property was perfect for us! The unit was so adorably furnished and cozy. We had everything we needed. Everything was so clean too. We were happily surprised when we saw there was a pool too. What a great bonus!! The unit is centrally located to everything on the island, no more than 5 minutes away from all the great spots. We will definitely be coming back. Spring Break 2025

This location was super nice - very conveniently located, quiet, yet perfect for our family of four. Easy check in. The beds were soooo comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - I did order 6 extra bath towels, and a beach canopy - but we ended up using the umbrellas in the shed. The pool was PERFECT and warm! Didn't get any fish out of the pond, but we fished across the church parking lot and got a few! Went to all the beaches - including Bean point!! WOW! Thanks for the tips on 2 Scoops - it was delicious! Thanks Sara and Bill!

Overall we had a great time and look forward to our next trip back to Anna Maria Island!
