Make your way through the front door into our freshly designed vacation home. Step up onto the front porch and into the house via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted by a comfortable layout and plenty of natural light. The updated kitchen has a large amount of storage and a sizable pantry. Every room in the house is modernized with a fresh coat of paint and new fixtures. The space has been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

LIVING AREA
The open-concept living area is filled with a generous plush sofa and a large wall-mounted Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Two more bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of this cozy farmhouse home. Bedroom #2 offers a double/full-size bed topped with soft, premium linen and bedding. You'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home and a desk/workspace if you need to catch up on some work away from the office. Bedroom #3 offers a twin-size bed topped with soft—premium linen and bedding.

LAUNDRY - 1 FLOOR
A stackable washer/dryer is located on the home's main level, tucked away near the kitchen area, and comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
Mt. Pleasant is a neighborhood known for the many mounds of cultural significance built by Native Americans nearly 1500 years ago. You can still see Sugar Loaf Mound, the last in St. Louis today.

Take a walk through the tree-lined streets of this classic South City residential neighborhood and admire the beautiful red brick homes. The 3-acre Mt. Pleasant Park anchors the area and features playground equipment and a unique roller hockey rink. And don't miss Saint Anthony's of Padua, a beautiful catholic church built by the neighborhood's German immigrant population over 150 years ago.

Easy access to highway I-55 allows you to visit downtown and most of St. Louis' major attractions in 15 minutes or less!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
