LIVING AREA
The living area is filled with streams of natural light and offers 2 plush sofas and a wall mounted Smart TV – the perfect place to sit with friends for a drink or two before heading out for dinner. Plus, there are very cool original pocket sliding doors that can allow you to separate each room as needed.

KITCHEN & DINING
Step through into our fully stocked kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up a three course meal for six through or a delicious breakfast for two. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a cooktop, a microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up for you.

Serve up your meals on the beautiful, reclaimed timber dining table with chic bench seating, or for a quick meal, sit up at the eat-in-kitchen breakfast bar with seating for three while you keep the chef company.

The dining room also doubles as a huge workspace suitable for your entire team! With Fiber internet a projector screen (bring your own projector), this could be just the place.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Take the stairs up to the 2nd floor where you will find three generously sized bedrooms. Each bedroom is fitted with a plush mattress picked out with comfort in mind. The King master suite has a full bathroom attached with another full bath located conveniently in the hallway for additional guests. Each bathroom comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The Neighborhood:
Gravois Park is a vibrant south St. Louis City neighborhood steeped in history, grounded in community and rich in both architecture and flora.

Just 10 minutes from the house is the stunning Victorian Tower Grove Park, an elegant 19th-century Victorian walking park that features pavilions, statues, fountains and mock classical “ruins.”

The neighborhood’s Missouri Botanical Garden welcomes visitors to one of the top three botanical gardens in the world. Renowned for its beautiful landscaping and, of course, flowers with a Japanese Garden, a Climatron geodesic dome, a whimsical Children’s Garden and a garden dedicated to George Washington Carver.

On a sunny afternoon, load up the self-guided historic walking tour on your phone and take yourself on an interactive walking tour around the neighborhood.

Then, travel around the world on foot with unique stores and eclectic shops as well as a large array of coffee shops and cuisine including "The Ice Cream and Taco Joint" and "Mud House Coffee" just a couple blocks away.

After dinner, stop by Earthbound Beer to try some elegantly crafted cocktails or some of our favorite St. Louis craft beers.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $69 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Nice updated townhouse
The kitchen was fabulous! The downstairs had plenty of room for many family and friends to gather. Each bedroom had plenty of room. The neighborhood is nice and the homes on the block are slowly being updated.

We really enjoyed the space for 6 adults. Super well stocked kitchen! Easy parking on the street. Make sure you walk down to Cherokee Street for meal or 2 or 3.
