Being walking distance to the local sporting ovals (300m), shops (1.3km) and beach/walking tracks (1.4km) - you have absolutely everything at your fingertips!
We are pet-friendly however we require $100 per pet/per stay! Please ensure you let us know if you are bringing your pet along and please ensure you read our pet policy.

There are 2 living areas (1 x lounge room, 1 x theatre room), 3 bedrooms, 1 dedicated study, 2 bathrooms.

Master suite (Bedroom 1): featuring split system heating and cooling, block-out roller blinds and expansive ensuite with shower & toilet.
Living: From the hallway enjoy the open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a very cosy fireplace. The dining room flows seamlessly into the sunny outdoor entertaining space, for summer BBQs and entertaining.
Second living: State-of-the-art theatre secluded room with sliding doors, block-out blinds, projector screen (2.2m x 1.2m) and surround sound speakers. Using Netflix on the smart TVs with the free internet access provided you can easily stream movies or episodes of series by following the intuitive and simple menu prompts on the projector screen. Netflix Australia is provided for your use. Although there are other services (via Chromecast) to which you can subscribe to watch current release movies, many sites such as iView offer free content.
Laundry: Front-loading washing machine (with washing powder).
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, mirrored robes, dual blinds.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, mirrored robes, dual blinds
Study/Office: Ergonomic sit/stand desk set-up with monitor, keyboard and mouse. There is a fold-out single bed stored in the linen cupboard off this room.
Main bathroom: Soak away the day with a bath, and complimentary magnesium salts and bubbles. Also Includes a vanity with basin, mirror & storage, shower & separate toilet.
Outdoor: spacious outdoor area, established lawns & garden beds, grand alfresco. The backyard is pet friendly with a secure fence. Bags are provided to pick up the dog poo.

NOTE: We have a fully self-contained private bungalow (separate from the house with its own private access) currently tenanted by a respectful, quiet person. This does not interfere with your stay as this is entirely separate from the house and there is no shared area/space.

Other things to note
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE (with the exception of children accompanied by parents)
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy.
The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.
Between 10.30pm and 7am noise levels must not disturb neighbours.
At any time there is to be NO LOUD Aggressive behaviour AND/OR Yelling, screaming and arguing.
Excess vehicles, boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.
Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given.
Please be aware that pets are not allowed in carpeted rooms and/or on any furniture. If the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside/on those areas (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog).
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace to be kept.
