Savanna is a luxurious 5-bedroom, 5-full bath home in located in The Sanctuary Community, an upscale residential neighborhood. This modern home can comfortably sleep 15 guests. It features two master suites with private balconies, large windows, a private hot tub, and a jetted tub in the master suite. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and high-end decor.
When staying in Savanna, you'll have plenty of space for the whole family! As you step inside the home, you'll find a spacious stone-floor mudroom, perfect for storing your winter gear. Adjacent to the mudroom is the one-car garage for easy access. Enjoy the bike wash and bike repair area! On the same floor, there is a bunk room with two twin size bunk beds and its own private full bathroom.
The second floor features a spacious open concept design connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a large island/breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. There is also a full-size bathroom and a laundry room with ample storage. The highlight of the 2nd floor is the outdoor hot tub, offering total relaxation.
The third-floor features two guest rooms and the first master suite. The first guest room offers a twin/twin and twin/full bunk bed. The second guest room offers a queen size bed and a connecting door to the shared full bathroom. The master suite offers a king size bed, private attached bath, and a private balcony.
On the fourth floor, experience complete privacy in the master suite. Indulge in the generously sized loft-style bedroom, featuring a luxurious king bed, a personal balcony, and an attached master bathroom.
As a total bonus, this property is now ski-out! The new slope is 1200 ft long with 16 snow guns so full advantage can be taken of every snow-making window. It will be situated below Meadows Drive and will connect to Camp 99, and then straight down to the Soaring Eagle Chair. The snow guns have been installed, so they’ll be ready to blow as soon as snow-making conditions arrive in the South Bowl.
**Please Note: The gas fireplace in the master bedroom is not available for use.
**Please Note: Snowshoe Mountain Resort temporarily closes from mid-October to Thanksgiving every year for transition from mountain bike season to ski season. It is a beautiful area to explore and plenty of outdoor adventures anytime of the year, but please know amenities will be limited. Please contact us with any questions.

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is known as the Island in the Sky, providing top-rated amenities and entertainment at an elevation of 4848 feet in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Due to its location, there is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe, and WIFI in the Village may be unreliable. Please be sure to have directions and contact numbers prior to traveling.
