Urban Street 1242, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is a newly constructed home with mountain modern furnishings of the highest quality. The home's location, right on the bike path and across the street from a free bus stop or a 1 minute drive from the Wildhorse Gondola/Meadows parking lot, makes it the perfect spot for a winter or summer season stay. High ceilings and an open floor plan add to the roomy feeling of the main floor living area. Not to mention the floor to ceiling window/doors that offer unobstructed views of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Cozy up next to the fire or relax in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The floorplan works well for a group of couples or a family/multiple families. There are two King bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the ground level, a King with ensuite bathroom on the main level and a spectacular bunk room in the loft. The bunk room can accommodate kids as well as adults, as there are 2 XL twins over Queens. The owners have grandkids so understand traveling with children and have left toys, games, a pack'n'play and highchair for guest use. In addition to everything already mentioned the home has a 2 car heated garage, radiant in floor heat, a dedicated office, A/C, a gourmet kitchen, beautiful deck, new stackable washer/dryer, a great sound system and the list goes on!

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – From the driveway or the garage there are no steps to enter the home. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the kitchen/living area/etc. are all up 1 flight of stairs from the ground floor. The loft bedroom is 1 flight of stairs up from the main level.
– Parking – 2 Car heated garage. 2 spots in the driveway. Guests will have to move cars in the driveway for the cars in the garage to get out. Trailers are not allowed, unfortunately. If your group has a trailer or needs additional parking options, please contact our agents for advice.
– 4WD vehicle information – 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. We had a great stay at this wonderful unit! Owners really have thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable! We did drive to the free lot at Steamboat on 2 occasions but then found the public bus stop close to the unit that was much easier!!! Owner was very responsive and would book again if we return to Steamboat!

I never write reviews, but this was the worst experience in years of renting homes, check in was for New Year’s Eve, house was filthy and not ready upon check in. Hot tub only worked 2 out of the 5 days, house was missing tons of items and the property management company was awful to deal with. Would look for similar properties in the area from a different company.

Absolutely Stunning
We have been going to Steamboat since 2006 and this was by far the best place we have been. Best view of the mountain and perfectly appointed. If you are considering a home don't pass this one up. We will be back!

Amazing location and place for Fall Aspens!
This estate is absolutely amazing. Its the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It was only my wife and I, but the place clearly is spacious and fits up to 12 or so IN BEDS. The owners did an amazing job with decor, linens, and furnishings (the couch in the living room is amazing). The deck windows FULLY open which makes the mountain air and view stunning to take in. We will definitely be rebooking and hopefully will bring a bigger group next time!

THIS PLACE IS UNREAL!
This place has ruined us for the mountains because it is exceptional! Not only is the view PERFECT, but here are other wonderful things: - The beds are ACTUALLY comfortable with wonderful pillows, such a treat when you are traveling to sleep well! - The whole place is stocked so well from the cookware and utensils to the oils and spices to the muffin pans and extra Kleenex boxes, we never went without! - the path behind the house straight to the ski hill could not be more convenient, and if you can walk there with your skis you can ski almost the entire way back~! - the fireplace by the high-celling windows create a luxury that you dream of in the mountains - the hot tub to enjoy after a full day of skiing, or for the kids! As an added bonus the owners are kind, considerate, and easy to contact. Trust me, you don't want to turn this place down it is worth every penny!
