A private oasis in Funnel Bay, less than ten minutes from Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays, this refined three-bedroom home is part of the exclusive Yangaro Retreat. You won’t tire of the magnificent ocean views or flawless design, whether you’re enjoying a drink on the open deck, relaxing poolside, unwinding in the lounge room or drifting off to sleep in the master bedroom.

The tropical landscape and the sparkling ocean form a dreamy view and it’s carefully captured from almost every angle. And the refined interior is equally as breathtaking. Timber is a dominant feature and combines effortlessly with a white, black and grey palette. There’s a blurring of the lines between the indoors and out, so you can embrace the tropical lifestyle. A living room featuring bespoke cabinetry and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge look out to a stunning lap pool, which can be accessed through a wall of sliding doors. And the captivating water views expand from the impressive kitchen, lounge and dining as the ocean comes into view, encouraging casual conversation, moments of reflection and fun-filled gatherings. If you want to move closer to the soothing sounds of the ocean, the grand deck is a superb spot to sit back and see out the day. From here you can almost touch the water and it is indeed only footsteps away.

Back inside, the stairs lead to the privacy of the intimate king size bedroom where the glistening ocean is the focal point. While a sublime ensuite adds to the soothing atmosphere. The remaining two bedrooms are downstairs. Both bedrooms house king beds that convert to two single beds and sliding doors open to the lush garden. And it’s a spa-like bathroom with a soothing combination of timber, grey and white. As you’d expect you have smart TVs in all bedrooms and in the living rooms and you also have an elegant study on the top floor.

The Area:
Simply walk to the rear gate and make your way to Funnel Bay Beach, perfect for a stroll at sunset. If you want to explore further though, a ten-minute drive will take you to Airlie Beach where you’ll find restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and pristine beaches. Conway National Park is nearby and there’s a great selection of water sports from sailing to diving. Proserpine Airport is only a forty-minute drive or it’s just a five-minute drive from a private airport.

A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
