This property was great! Especially loved the views. We enjoyed having multiple places to gather and enjoy. The hot tub was nice. And the primary rooms were stunning. Easy walk to beach, which we really enjoyed. The ping pong table takes up too much space in the game room, I suggest getting something else instead, even just cozy bean bags for a better kids space.

The house was very clean when we arrived and furniture was comfortable. We brought one older golden retriever and appreciated not having to leave her at home. The hot tub was actually too warm, but we just turned it down a bit to suit those who used it. The view of the ocean from several rooms was incredible Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed.

The house was absolutely fabulous and met all of our needs. Very close to the beach and all the amenities we could have wanted. Definitely would stay again and refer to friends and family.Our only issue was that there was a wide spread power outage the day we arrived. We could not locate flashlights or candles in the home and when we called we were told there likely were none. It also would have been nice to receive notification about the power outage prior to our arrival so we could have taken appropriate steps to be prepared. Power came back on in the middle of the night and the remainder of our stay was great!

Family fun at the beach

This house was spacious for 12 people. We had plenty of space and didn't feel like we were on top of one another. We had a blast in the gameroom and the hot tub was an added bonus. The views from the bedrooms and living room were beautiful. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our littles (6 and 7 year olds) as well as the dogs. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house - great location

We stayed in this house for Thanksgiving with our extended family (four family groups). It was so close to the beach and the views were amazing. The house is well outfitted and made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen workspace is a little tight but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean view

We loved staying here, especially enjoyed the ocean view. Loved that the two masters were upstairs with gorgeous views and bathrooms in each. Lots of space for everyone, two dining tables helped when we used one for a puzzle and didn’t need to take it apart for dinner. Hot tubbed in the evening and saw neighborhood deer in the field nextdoor.

Family reunion

Comfortable, clean and well appointed home looked exactly as advertised. 3 floor with stunning views, and beach access minutes away. Our family had a wonderful time. Only downsides were the steep stairs, and the size of the Kitchen which is small for a large group. And the description on the website which states the house can sleep 16, as well as the instructions in the house which state the same thing need to be removed or updated to avoid confusion. While the house CAN sleep 16, the maximum occupancy allowed by Lincoln City rules is 12.

Wonderful location, views!

This house made it easy to enjoy the area. We walked the 5 minutes to the beach several times a day (note - it's a steep hill). The beach there is very wide and beautiful. We spent many hours in the comfortable living room just hanging out and enjoying the view. We spent afternoon time hanging out on the deck, and mealtime with everyone gathered around the large dining room table. We used the large gas grill at least once per day. Safeway is nearby - there was probably someone from our group there twice a day! The beds were comfortable. Very pleasant! (Note that one bedroom has an in-room toilet and tub with no wall separating them from the bed area and no shower.)

My group of friends stays at 2-3 rental houses a year to celebrate various birthdays, and this is perhaps the nicest house we've stayed in. All of the amenities listed were available. The view is amazing. The game room was quite fun. There was plenty of room for ten adults and two toddlers. The two bedrooms downstairs are smaller, while the bedroom on the main floor and the two bedrooms upstairs are quite spacious and have their own very nice bathrooms. The dishwasher broke on our first attempt. It was just bad timing. A part needed replacing, and it couldn't happen that weekend. The host didn't know about it until we brought it to their attention; they couldn't have known. These things happen. It was probably fixed for the next guests. Everything else worked well. The house is clearly kept in great order. Communication with the host was clear, and they responded quickly to various inquiries. The stairs leading up to the house are pretty steep. They are fine, but it's just on a hill. This wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for others. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk down the hill. If that isn't a problem, I highly recommend staying here. We would certainly stay here again.

Pretty view, needs repairs

While it’s a lovely house, in a great location, there are many simple things that need maintenance or repair in the home. Master jetted tub had moldy grout and the main window for view from that room has broken blinds so you can’t sit up there and enjoy the ocean view you’re paying for. Trash cans missing bunker cords and the one that is there is supposed to attach with a rusty metal hanger hook. Fireplace doesn’t work. We didn’t get to use the hot tub because it was so cold on arrival and took forever to heat up. The beds were pretty comfy and there were plenty of towels. I suggest bringing your own hand soap. Little hotel bars are provided in each bathroom but none for the kitchen sink. Washing machine is extremely loud. I’ve rented from Meredith Lodging before and had higher expectations.
