About this property

Great Room looks over the sand & surf with fireplace & knotty pine vaulted ceilings. Great home for anyone that can't do stairs. Please avoid single night gaps during the summer. Three of the 5 bedrooms are on the entry floor along with 2 full baths. There is 2 king bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom. Kids love playing in the loft (finished attic space off the twin bedroom). Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing a big meal . Outdoor fire-pit, deck overlooking the ocean with private stairs right down to the sand and a close walk to tide pools. Sun room with wicker furnishings and patio are great for coolers, bikes, etc. Please No single night gaps Spring Break, Christmas or July & Aug.

We have always taken cleaning seriously but are working extra hard to sanitize every surface following Covid-19 CDC Guidelines and contact-less check in.

Family and friends weekend at the coast

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for a small group of family or friends to spend time with! We relaxed, played games, and did puzzles together. The adults enjoyed going to the casino and the teenagers explored town and went shopping at the Outlets. Almost everyone bought new Nike's as some point. The house has just enough space to hangout together and also room for privacy. The hot tub is small, but so very enjoyable! Sitting outside watching the waves and enjoying the beach air was great. We even used the small fireplace on the patio and the boys roasted dogs and smores. We also bought clams in town and made steamers and garlic bread. The location is perfect. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here with my son and friends and everyone has a great time.

Mixed Feelings.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay at the beach house left us with mixed feelings. Undoubtedly, the highlight of our trip was the incredible view. It truly took our breath away and added an extra layer of tranquility to our vacation. The kitchen was also well stocked which was a huge plus. However, there is as a number of quirks about the house. One notable issue was the lack of proper insulation, as cold air frequently seeped through the doors, making certain areas of the house really cold. The doors themselves presented a challenge, often refusing to close or open smoothly.The floors were also very strange, they seemed to be sunken in or raised, particularly in the hallway with the staircase and the living room.Another aspect that detracted from our enjoyment was the single key provided for the entire group. With four couples sharing the space, coordinating who needed the key and when became a logistical headache. It would have been far more convenient to have a keypad entry system, eliminating the need for constant key exchanges and ensuring everyone had easy access to the house.Despite these drawbacks, the beauty of the location and the cherished moments spent overlooking the ocean made our stay memorable.

We have been using A-1 Beach rentals for a minimum of 15years, I’ve lost count.... We did have trouble trying to figure out how the heating works.The hot tub was accidentally unplugged before we got there so we weren’t able to use it right away. Never had tried a Ba Day before....😂We will definitely come back to this house, it is truly a home away from home. My mom was part of this group for many years, we now come down here in her honor as she always loved coming down to the beach and going to the casino, which is so close.Thank you again for a wonderful stay.Cheryl and girls
