Great property

The cottage was amazing. Clean and well stocked with the basics to get you started. Located close to major attractions and shopping. Check in and out were fast and simple. The only minor complaints I had were all of the pools close by our section were not open. The main pools near the hotel were open so not a big deal just annoying that we could see a pool out our back door that was closed the entire week. The second complaint waa at checkin there needed to be more information given about services available and a better resort map. Overall a excellent experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely unaccomodating! Staying in the cottages by VSTAY. Our flight was delayed so I called to see if we could pay to stay a few extra hours or even pay to book another night since our daughter has been sick since we got here and we are traveling with 2 senior citizens and don’t want to wait at the airport with a sick child. I was told the room is not available and they can’t do anything to help us. I went on their website to check availability and the room is available but they refuse to try to help us. Our stay here was fine until now and will never come back because things happen and life happens and they weren’t willing to do anything to try to help us. They didn’t offer to move us or try to help in any way, we were basically told too bad for us and we have to get out when it’s clear it’s off season and we can see most of their units are currently vacant. Horrible customer service and no common curtesy, will never stay again and will make sure I warn everyone else not to book. Olivia was extremely unhelpful
