“The Little House” 🏡 and Bunkie is a cozy cottage on a quiet, private lane, steps to Lake Erie's Maple Bay sandy beach and a short walk to California Beach. It’s the perfect escape from the city to relax and unwind.

Whether it’s a day at the beach, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or a games night in, you’ll be sure to create cherished memories at The Little House. We also have a fully fenced in yard for your fur babies to enjoy and roam free!

Note: This property is best suited for groups of 6 or less. For guests utilizing the bunkie, you will need to use the washroom in The Little House.

Cozy cottage was exactly as it was.Everything we needed was there for us.We enjoyed our time,to get out of the city.The cottage was very clean and cozy.Couldvof been closer to the beach,as I have walking issues..

If I could give six stars, I would. A perfect quiet getaway. Steps from the beach. A bit buggy, but that's nature. Would 100% consider booking again, especially after checkout was extended to give us time to enjoy the beach on a day with beautiful weather!

The hosts had amazing communication, their response time was always within 10 mins if we had any questions. The space is super clean, great AC and they even provided coffee and shampoo / conditioner as well as lots of extra towels and clean bedding. I’d definitely stay here again. Their backyard is great with its own private fire pit as well. There is access to the beach just down the road which is awesome. And just a 25 min drive to Port Dover with shops and a beach. Thanks for such a great experience!
