Located at the beautiful St. Regis Resort in N. Topsail Beach, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is the perfect spot for your family to relax and enjoy everything North Topsail Beach has to offer.

St. Regis is a family-friendly vacation community of individually-owned condo units. The complex includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness center and sauna, a tennis court, a basketball court, a playground, a volleyball area, a tailgate bag toss (cornhole) games, and a business center.

This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers a King bed, a Queen bed, a Twin over Full bunk, and a Futon. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

➤Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday-stay will be required year-round.

Great location

Loved the location of our condo. Started out a little rocky with some furniture issues, but Lewis realty was very prompt in fixing the issues. Outdoor pool was great, it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time that the indoor pool and hot tub were not working.
