Ocean Twelve Holiday home is Centrally located and 5 minutes' drive away from The Esplanade and beaches to dips your toes in the ocean. Close to waterparks, restaurants / café and supermarkets.

- New kitchen with all modern fixtures & fittings with induction cooking. microwave oven/ oven and dishwasher together with large fridge
- Kitchen taps is fitted with Water filtering system
- Coffee machine & selection of tea and coffee
- 4th Bedroom can be a dedicated work zone with full size and height adjustable desk with table lamp and office Chair and 24 inch Dell computer screen where you can work comfortably with fast WiFi available. Or relax in bed watching a movie
- Enjoy with 50 inch smart TV and Netflix is included located in the Living Room
Outdoor living at Back patio area to entertain and relax in comfy day bed and outdoor dining area with Webber BBQ.
Double front driveway that can park all type of vehicles. Single side driveway with direct access to the back patio and back door.

All bed and mattress are newly purchased. Fitted with high quality linens, all pillow and mattress have protective washable cover. Hygiene and cleanliness is a high priority importance to us to provide to all guest

Pialba is central to this gorgeous coastal city of Hervey Bay. 5 minutes of driving distance to all key amenities including Stockland Shopping Centre, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Major Banks (CBA, ANZ, NAB, Suncorp, Westpac) and Close to several beaches and cafes on Esplanade.
If Fraser Island in on your agenda - RiverHeads Boat Ramp/ Ferry Terminal is 20 minutes driving distance. Departures from River Heads daily between 8am to 3pm. Please web search Sealink and Kgari-fraser-island to book ferry options are:
- Kingfisher Bay ferry - resort grounds are accessible by 2WD
- Fraser Venture - 4WD territory and it's always advisable to check Fraser Island condition report prior to commencing your journey
