The house is well maintained and clean. Two parking spots. We unfortunately arrived with a bit of a cold snap for FL so we had limited time in the pool; the pool area is comfortable for small groups. The home is close to groceries. For larger groups, bring toilet paper, coffee filters, and other disposable spot need items. Disney, Kennedy, and other parks are all within 1-1.5 hours. The entire community is walkable, quiet, and easy to navigate. Take pictures upon arriving, some furniture is damaged.
