• 2nd bedroom on 3rd floor with King size bed + En-suite bathroom + stationary bike + light weights & a gorgeous view! (sleeps 2)

OUTDOOR AREAS
• Rooftop. Plenty of seating, firepit, table and sun loungers to relax.
• Outdoor shower on ground floor. (This will be closed during the winter season. Water is turned off to prevent pipes from freezing).
• EV charger: Level 2, Tesla only- 220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour

Need more accommodation's? We also own the "Brigantine Beach Retreat" Mansion next door. That home has 7 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms. These 2 mansions are located next door to one another and are beachfront!

Entire home, roof top, and outdoor area is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. =)
Parking is in front of home in driveway (4-5 cars), and additional 2 parking spots behind the house.
*Garage is not available for parking at this time*

Brigantine is a quiet island just north of Atlantic City. A family friendly destination that also offers the fun of Atlantic City just a short drive away!

Our impressive mansion is located in the "A-Zone" of Brigantine! This area is near the middle of town and consists of prime real estate!

Getting around in Brigantine is fairly easy!

PARKING
4-5 cars can fit in our driveway in front of home, and an additional 2 cars can fit in alley at the back of the house. If you park in the back, you will have to park PARALLEL to the house so it doesn't block the neighbors.
Unfortunately, the garage is not available for parking at this time.
Beach block street parking is also prohibited.

EV charger: Level 2, Tesla only- 220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour

TV's
We have TV's in all bedrooms and living room areas. Our TV's are Smart TV's; no cable available. You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu & HBO!

TRASH
Trash day is Thursday. Please make sure to put all trash in bins outside with lids on. We have a trash pickup service that will take all trash morning of trash day.


OUTDOOR BATHROOM/SHOWER
This will be closed during the winter months as our outdoor water is shut off to prevent our pipes from freezing.

BEACH TAGS
10 beach tags will be provided and if you need more you can purchase them from any beach tag person on the beach or online at the following link: https://www.viplypass.com/brigantine-beach-tags/

ELEVATOR
Every floor (EXCEPT THE ROOF) of the home is accessible via the elevator. 2 person MAX! Please let us know if you need instructions on how to operate.

ROOFTOP AREA
You will need to climb a spiral staircase to access the rooftop area.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.

• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine

• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Must be respectful of neighbors.

• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.

• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
