The upper level is reached by a spiral staircase, and provides the second bedroom, and nearby bathroom with tub and shower. On that level is also the loft above the living room with a fun foosball table, a convertible futon seat, and book shelves.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.

Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 6 (six).

Maximum number of vehicles shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway or on road shoulder.

Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.

NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.

17.5% occupancy tax, plus cleaning and reservation fees will be added to the Daily and Weekly base rate.
