Located directly across from the famous Merimbula lake and only a 2 minute flat walk to all the facilities the main street has to offer, not to mention the great cafe's!

There is outdoor storage for kayaks and some foldup outdoor chairs for those warm Summer nights. The lake is directly across the road and a short walk across to the lake ramp you can paddle out and explore the beautiful lake and surroundings.

15 Beach St has 2 x bedrooms (1 x Queen; 2 x Single beds), Free WIFI, a smart flat screen TV, aircon, coffee pod machine and all cooking utensils and amenities (with the exception of a dishwasher) and air conditioning. A low fuss beach holiday at its best...

Great location.

Location close to town centre and easy walking distance. Beautiful view over lake.Off street parking at front of property. Had everything required for stay. However could be cleaner. Shower curtain mouldy. Vertical blinds in main bedroom mouldy. Perhaps some sort of clothes line outside under back porch would be good.

Great location, close to shops,cafes, short drive for swimming and for fishing right across the road. Place was clean and tidy on arrival, shower pressure was terrible took forever to wash off soap and shampoo, probably could use a different water pressure reducing valve. Red bin was half full on our arrival and had not been emptied so was a bit tricky finding room for rubbish for a week. Main bedroom bed was disappointing as it is a foam mattress not a spring mattress so made us very hot to sleep on, the single beds in the other room squeaked a lot when the kids would move we would all hear. Tip for the owner, supply darker curtains, ceiling fans and a car port coming off the front would have been ideal for protecting when raining and on those hot sunny days. Over all we enjoyed our stay and if everything I mentioned were to be fixed we would stay again.
