Very disappointed with room , old, cramped , very small, blinds fraying, inadequate heating, very cold and heater wouldn’t turn up pass 14 , no instructions on how to use heaters ,
Terrible - noisy, nasty, dingy, old. We did not stay.
Dreadful. I want a refund.
Displayed on the site as a cozy house in a quiet spot, the accommodation is back rooms of a dingy cafe, on a main road.
No-one onsite - the 'service' amounts to someone on a remote phone, watching on cameras. Telling me that I had no reservation, and then 3 minutes later calling back to say they found the reservation, but it clashes with another reservation, and they had no room.
Talking with a disembodied and uncivil person standing in a carpark was NOT HOW THE ROMANTIC WEEKEND WAS MEANT TO START. We did not stay there. Disgusting. Deliberately misleading.
I want my money back.
