Terraces 402 is a cozy holiday apartment, located on the top floor of the northern side of the complex. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is furnished in warm and vivid tropical tones. The open plan layout features a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room which opens onto the balcony. Guests can relax on the balcony, which is also the dining area for the apartment, as they enjoy the partial view of the Caribbean Sea.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, as well as access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has two twin size beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans.
Terraces is located in the lively Dover area of the South Coast of Barbados, minutes south of the famous St. Lawrence Gap. The nearest beach access is directly across the street, and the popular Dover Beach is less than a 100 yard walk away. Shopping, bars and restaurants are also all within walking distance. Terraces is a great choice for those looking for a fun-filled vacation rental in Barbados and being in the middle of the action!
Please note that a unit on the same floor as #104 will be undergoing some works between April 8 - 24 and there may be some noise during that time. Those dates have been discounted for this reason.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It's location is convenient for beaches, and several excellent restaurants and bars plus a local mini-mart. Walking to the St Lawrence Gap strip is also very easy from here, and there's lots going on there in the evenings. The apartment is well laid out and nicely furnished particularly in the bedrooms and kitchen - as Brits we particularly welcomed the kettle and toaster. The air con and fans make the space very comfortable. The balcony is a real plus and we enjoyed our breakfasts sitting out there watching the waves and the world go by. The parking spot is in shade and another real plus.
Our group of 4 stayed for 10 nights in early March. Apartment was as advertised, clean, comfortable, well equipped and located close to the beach and to many restaurants within easy walking distance. The balcony is very spacious and a great place to have breakfast and relax most times of the day. Host was very responsive; we found that the coffeemaker was not functioning and after contacting the host a new one arrived within a few hours. The street below can be a bit noisy during the day and evening, but always became quiet by late evening and never affected our sleep time. Not being used to driving on the left side of the road, we did not rent a car and relied on taxis. There are several taxi stands nearby and it was never a problem finding one; all of our drivers were friendly and knowledgeable and most are keen to act as tour guides for an hourly rate which is quite cost effective if you have a few people. We greatly enjoyed our visit and will be happy to return again.

Barbados at Its Finest
An awesome 8 days in the GAP! Great location, close to beautiful Dover Beach and a superb group of restaurants. Even though lively at times, the restaurant and bar proprietors turn down the volume and lights at reasonable hours. The location of Terraces 402 is ideal with a fully outfitted condo. It was super clean and had all the amenities one could need. The multiple air condition units in the various rooms allowed for customizing the A/C for sitting and sleeping comfort. We'll be back!

First I would like to say what an excellent location in Dover. Walking distance to great nightlife restaurants and groceries. This unit had everything one needs and more. The pictures do not do it justice as it's even more beautiful. Charmaine our contact from start to finish was simple the most amazing contact. We all had a wonderful time and hope to return one day.

Superbly equipment apartment, surprised to find washing machine and dryer which was really handy for beach towels etc. Host left far more than we expected (loads of beach towels, dishwasher/washing tablets, kitchen rolls, cling film, foil, coffee filters, even down to electric blender and mixer). Fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser was much appreciated. The apartment was far larger than expected with huge beautifully furnished balcony. On arrival our carpark key fob didn't work but this was replaced within the hour. We will return again and would highly recommend this apartment for a memorable holiday.
