Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire 1 - bedroom home. Please note that the owners do live in a separate part the property (60 metres away) but apart from sharing the driveway, you will have total privacy during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Faulconbridge is a perfectly located sleepy little country town with great connections to the city and all and everything the mountains have to offer.

You can explore many nearby locations and will feel like a true local staying here. Everyone is super friendly and will greet you with a big smile. No matter if you stay for a weekend getaway or an extended holiday you will not want to leave.

Getting Around:
Transport is great and super easy. Faulconbridge station is a 20 minute walk away from the home. An undercover park and ride station is located in Springwood (5 minutes drive). Express trains to and from the city as well as into the mountains stop at Springwood.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
