As you enter the home from the lower level, you will find the expansive game room, theatre room, two bedrooms, a half bathroom, and two ensuite full bathrooms. Bedroom #6 is furnished with 2 Twin beds and has direct access to the sound-view covered deck. Each bedroom is equipped with Smart TVs. After a day in the sun, enjoy the theater room with comfortable seating, a large TV, a home theater system, a Blu-Ray player, and a wet bar. Also on this level is a laundry room and an office nook.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will enter the remarkable great room with vaulted ceilings, panoramic sound views from floor-to-ceiling windows, and ample seating for everyone. The chef's kitchen is equipped with double stainless steel appliances, a large island, all of the cookware you will need, a breakfast bar that seats 4, a high-top dining table that seats 8, and another dining table that seats 10. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
