Great rental for short or long stays

Spent a long weekend in the area after living there for over 50 years for a funeral service for my mother. With serveral family members attending it was more economical and pleasurable to rent a Vrbo and the Black Bear house was perfect for us. It was my 2nd time renting a vrbo and it was a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to search visit Fruita property management inventory to rent on my return to the area again.

Family surprise birthday party

This the second time we have stayed in this property. Very clean, very easy to use and the house is well stocked in the kitchen for cooking meals! We also used the concierge service for groceries because we were getting in late. This service was awesome! Thank you visit Fruita! You are awesome.

The property was very clean and very spacious. We enjoyed our time relaxing and reconnecting with family. The property was pet friendly and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved it!

All that was promised...and more!

This home was in a very convenient location and had even more space than expected, so it was perfect for a family holiday get together. Being pet-friendly, with a fenced in back yard, made this a perfect choice that may become an annual tradition!

Why they chose this property

We like the location because of the upscale, quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home.

This beautiful home has a spacious open floor plan to keep the conversations going, from the elegant kitchen to the cozy living room, complete w/ fireplace. 2 Townie Bikes provided so you can take a short ride downtown & live like a local!
