Cozy two-bedroom cottage located in Little Pamet Condominiums is a sweet spot for a Cape Cod getaway. Nestled in a wooded area, this single-story, free-standing cottage is just a short drive to all of Truro's best beaches and attractions.

Enter a nicely-equipped galley kitchen with electric range and microwave. Just beyond the kitchen is the open living room with vaulted ceiling. The living room has two comfortable lounge chairs and a flat screen TV with cable (stream additional content with your own accounts). There is also a high top dining table with seating for four. Just off the living room is a separate pantry with refrigerator and coffee bar with drip coffeemaker, electric tea kettle and Keurig K-Cafe (single-serve coffees, lattes and cappuccinos--hot or iced).

The cottage has a board games and a library featuring over 100+ books about Cape Cod and nautical history.

There are two bedrooms--each with a full (double bed). There is a bathroom with a stall shower off the kitchen.

There are two ductless split unit air conditioners--one in each bedroom.

Please note: Open loft in living room is not for tenant use (not accessible).

Relax and unwind on the pea gravel patio with privacy fence, four Adirondack chairs and gas grill at the back of the cottage. Dine out at the picnic table at the other side.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.

So cute

We loved our cute little cottage. Yes, it was small, but that wasn’t a big deal. Loved the blue lights! The kitchen was amazingly well supplied, and even had two fridge/freezers. Only two minor issues: the three of us couldn’t watch tv together because there were two chairs instead of a sofa; and our bath towels stayed wet. A small dehumidifier in the bathroom would solve it (we have the same trouble at home).

Great location - but damp and smelly!

I have been to Truro 15+ times. The location cannot be beat for access to the stunning and remote beaches, however, the unit was damp (somewhat to be expected for a beach property) but worse the back room (carpeted) smelled AWFUL like chemicals... my partner thought perhaps it had been recently fumigated. Was left with a migraine if the door was even open to the back room let only trying to sleep in there. The place is otherwise as described; small but sufficient.

We had a enjoyable time. I disliked the fact it was so close to Rte 6 but it served our needs. I felt it was slightly pricy for what it is. Regardless we enjoyed ourselves. If your a tall person don’t rent this place. It’s meant for little folks.

Last Minute Book, very happy

We had originally booked another property but 4 weeks before the stay it got cancelled because the property sold. This was a last minute booking to save our vacation and we were not disappointed. Easy driving access to all the Truro beaches, I biked from the property every day as well. The house was very clean and well furnished. I was concerned that it would be a little small for a family of 4 but it worked out fine and was great. Neighbors were pleasant and quiet. Great little space to stay with quick access to everything Truro has to offer.
