This lovely two-bedroom cottage is a cozy spot for your Wellfleet vacation. Recently renovated and beautifully furnished, this single-story cottage is a short ride (or bike ride) to the best of Wellfleet.

YOUR VACATION IS OFF TO THE RIGHT START WITH SHEETS & TOWELS PROVIDED AND THE BEDS MADE!

Enter a nicely-appointed main living space with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable loveseat and lounge chair and a flat screen smart TV with cable (YouTube TV cable channels provided by owner, stream additional content with your own accounts), Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. The nicely equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances including a gas range. The high top dining table seats three.

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full (double) bed and the other has two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower/tub.

The cottage has three ductless split unit air conditioners: one in the main living area and one in each of the bedrooms.

At the back of the cottage there is a utility room with conveniently located washer/dryer and a door to the backyard. The garage is not for tenant use.

Beautiful patio at the rear of the cottage with dining table and chairs, two Adirondack chairs, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Cyclists, walkers, joggers and explorers will love the easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the entrance to Marconi Beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore. Cape Cod Rail Trail access is just across Route 6 (0.3 mi)--only a three-minute bike ride. It is only 2 mi to Marconi Beach--ten-minutes by bike, four-minutes by car. Walk or bike to Van Rensselaer's or the Lobster & Chowder House for an amazing seafood dinner or the Bagel Hound for fresh coffee and handmade bagels in the morning.

Convenient to the best of Wellfleet--more wonderful restaurants like PB Boulangerie, the Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, the iconic Wellfleet Drive-In, the town's beloved freshwater ponds, golfing, tennis and live theater. Head to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for even more incredible restaurants, galleries and shops. Drive up to Provincetown for even more fun!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
