Tidy 2 bedroom cottage in a great location. The home is comfortable with a living room and an eat in kitchen. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and the yard is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the Cape Cod air. This home is close to downtown Falmouth for shopping and restaurants as well as a Library, playground and even a carousel, The Island Queen is located 100 yards away for you quick boat ride to Martha's Vineyard in the Island Queen. Falmouth Heights Beach is less than a half mile away to enjoy a day at the beach or dine at one of the 2 restaurants in the area. Holiday Cycles is close by to rent bikes and head to the Shining Sea Bike Path. The Band Shell is a short distance away and has many performances and entertainment. Enjoy a dinner at the Flying Bridge restaurant after the show for lovely waterfront dining on Falmouth Harbor. Both bedrooms are on the second floor - BR#1 - Queen, BR #2 - 2 Twins. Also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
