Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this property for about seven years now. It is in a great location, clean, everything in working order. It is dog friendly and accommodates our family of four adults and two children. It is well stocked with all the essentials you need to enjoy your vacation..plus a nice charcoal grill. We love sol shine and the owners seem to make improvements every year.

Great Location and Space to Relax

Easy check-in and great location near Carolina Beach boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Clean house, a few steps to the sand and ocean, and great relaxing on the back deck with a coffee!

CB 4 day stay

Property was spotless and the host were very responsive/ the view we had daily while having our morning coffee was beautiful. We also enjoyed hear the waves crash the beach. We would stay here again

Spring Break Stay

This location couldn’t be better. The kitchen and family room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The home also had a deck with a private walkway to the beach, so it’s really a great house for a family vacation. We had a great time!

Perfect for Girls Weekend

Everything about this house was just right for our group of 5. The only complaints we had were that the lock box for the key was a bit difficult to open and the showers are really small. But location was perfect and overall property was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my first experience renting a house in Carolina Beach with A1 Property Management, and I can say it was one of the best. The house was clean, beautiful decorated, organized, and well-equipped not only with appliances but also with necessary accessories like dishwasher and laundry pods, etc. The A1 Property Communications was easy and always available. I will absolutely be back to this house and would try any other property from A1 in the future.

Family Vacay

The house was absolutely perfect for our family stay. Being right on the beach is priceless with children ages 2 & 3. The sunrise views in the morning are beautiful & gets your day started on the right foot. Very centrally located - went to the aquarium one morning (10 minutes away), ice cream right across the street, Tiki Bar a few houses down & Publix one mile away. Love the retro feel of Carolina Beach & watched the surfers every day!

Beautiful ocean front house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only reason for the one 4-star was that I felt during the off-season a fresh coat of paint and some very minor upgrades could have been completed. But that won't stop me from returning!

The house is fully equipped and everything in working order. We enjoy the spacious outside shower, the grill, and great deck.. We also appreciate that it is dog friendly for our well-behaved dog. We plan on renting it again next year. Thank you to owners for maintaining a welcoming beach house.
