This oceanfront, pet-friendly property offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay by the sea. Equipped with central heat and air, complimentary WiFi, and parking for 3-4 cars, it ensures convenience throughout your visit. Enjoy a collection of books and DVDs or relax on the gated deck with ocean views while using the gas grill.

The kitchen and dining room provide all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. With seating for six at the table, you’ll have plenty of space to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, flat cooktop stove, microwave, 12-cup drip coffee maker, K-Cup coffee maker, toaster, Crock-Pot, blender, and garbage disposal. Whether you’re cooking or just grabbing a quick snack, it’s easy to feel right at home.

The living room features oceanfront views, a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player, and comfortable seating for five. A ceiling fan keeps the space cool, and the deck access lets you step outside to enjoy seating for four with stunning water views. The home also offers a laundry area with a top-loading washer, front-loading dryer, and an iron. The two bedrooms include a queen bed in each, with the first bedroom offering oceanfront views, a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom adds extra sleeping space with a bunk bed (twin over twin) and its own bathroom. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs that require your streaming device.

Please be mindful when parking at the property. Your car must be completely in the driveway and not past the mailbox line or in the street at all. The town will you a ticket if any part of the car is in the street.

NOTE: The beach access at Oceanfront Carolina (CN1714) is currently closed due to erosion so guests will need to go to the other side of the pier to access the beach.

Wonderful experience

The listed was accurate and the house is directly on the beach waterfront. The house was clean, and staff communication was quick. I would highly recommended this home.

Life'sToo Short

We stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend, and it just wasn't long enough. The place was great, well-equipped, and the view was fantastic. Great places to eat and visit. Carolina Beach State Park was a treasure. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out the pier, as it looked like a fun place.

Great place to escape the Winter blues!

Well equipped, great appliances, comfy beds, very clean. A few things need attention, bed frames squeek with the slightest movement, deck gate is falling apart, grill is useless. We don't let things like that bother us, We had a great time and would return. View from the deck is awesome!

Loved the ocean front view

Loved the ocean front view. Wish there was working TVs in the bedrooms. Remotes didn’t work. Could have used instructions on TVs. Difficult to program. We were there at 3:40pm and the house was ready but had to wait till 4pm to get in. Oven and kitchen drawers need cleaning but we loved how close the pier, bar and dog park was to the house. The crashing waves over the rocks was awesome.

Problem with Tvs called no one responded. Couch needs to be replaced and a chair added Rearranging required. Deck chairs too deep cant get out others provided are not comfortable a wooden table chair an a climb up chair? Needs owners touch.

Paying for the view.

I called to get an early check in and got great service. The house itself is lackluster. For the amount of money, I feel like I’m just paying for the view. The front left eye of the stove doesn’t work. The amount of sand on the bottom level makes it impossible to come into the house without your sandals full of sand and I know, you’re at the beach, but The water hose to rinse off with is down by all the sand under the house so it’s counterproductive to rinse off before going in the house. There is no straight access from the house to the beach. You have to go to the next door public access. You can tell the inside is an older house and was remodeled on a budget. I wouldn’t be so bothered but I feel like we paid a good bit of money for a three night stay. I feel like I should have been more wowed by the house. Also it’s next door to an outdoor tiki bar at the pier. They play loud music most nights til around 10:30. Just inconvenient with small kids and trying to get them to bed.

Bed Bugs

I didn't know how serious our situation was when we stayed at a property with bed bugs. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. My wife had over 40 bites & I did not have one. She thought at first it was her new blood pressure medication combined with getting some sun. We received a partial refund. After leaving the property, we of course had to take precautions before entering our home. My wife had a severe bite on her face & had to go to the doctors office. I expressed my concerns to management for a full refund, medical reimbursement & what they would do if we had a contamination. Two weeks later & I still have not heard back from them. Very disappointed. I have more stress & anxiety now than before our much needed vacation. Shame on you for not doing the right thing. If I was in your position I most certainly do what is necessary & make things right. Maybe even going the extra mile & inviting us back.

Beach get away

A fun place! I have never stayed so close to the water without being in a boat!! We had our dog and it was very easy to put her on the deck or walk over to the dog friendly beach. My favorite restaurant was Stoked. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Dirty rum down poorly maintained and

Pass code didn’t open the door upon arrival. Hair and dust covered the table tops. Disgusting. Smoke detector faulty chirping first night and they simply removed it from wall and put on the counter and never returned to remedy the problem for the entire stay. It’s actually against fire code to do this. Grill didn’t work. Stove didn’t work. Maintenance man came checked a 110v circuit on the wall. Stove is a separate 220v circuit (clueless) never returned didn’t fix the problem.. Entryway patio Was entirely covered in 1”-2” of sand.. Master bath sink drain was plugged with hair. Filth, hair and sand around the bunk beds.. who knows when was cleaned last. Paint is peeling on the deck.. No remote for the master bedroom television. The only thing good about the property is it’s location. Buyer beware at this property and Carolina beach realty. They get your money and you’ll get a dirty house with broken appliances and problem after problem with no solution.

Sorry you were disappointed. Housekeeping accidentally unplugged the hub for the keyless door lock prior to your arrival. Sorry you had to wait 15 minutes on the oceanfront deck sipping on a cold beer while you waited for someone to come with a key. We believe that you are the one who took the fire alarm down, regardless this has been repaired and you and anyone else staying in this property, or any of our properties for that matter, have the opportunity to call us and have the property cleaner or recleaned if you do not find it to your satisfaction. Just call. We have also replaced the grill (would have done so for you if you asked). So as to not be making excuses for all of your complaints, we did find that the stove was beyond its years and we had to replace it. Fortunately enough, you are in the minority when it comes to this property. Most love it and most do not feel that Carolina Beach Realty is just out to "get your money". CBR

Dog Heaven

A pet friendly property in the perfect location of north beach footsteps from Freeman Park and miles of... well nothing! If you need hustle, bustle and cotton candy this is property is probably not for you. If it’s quiet seclusion, waves on the doorstep and dog scampering galore then book it! We stayed as a couple and it was ample space add kids and you’ll be fine. Nicely updated too, with new appliances and plenty of kitchen stuff, we did a full Christmas dinner! Would book again without hesitation.
