Located on the Golden Beach Esplanade, this immaculate one bedroom apartment boasts breathtaking waters views overlooking the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, the shipping lanes of the Pacific Ocean and beyond.

Located within the Ramada Resort which features a gorgeous lagoon style heated pool and spa, kids pool, gym, steam room, games room, tennis court, BBQ area and a Thai Restaurant & Bar.

The modern interior features ducted air-conditioning, a spa bath, free Wi-Fi, smart TV & kitchenette. Everything you need for a great holiday. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom + a fold-out sofa bed in the living area (for 2 additional guests). This unit includes all of the personal linen for the Queen bed, please just let us know if you require linen for the fold out sofa bed at an extra cost.

The resort is located within a few minutes walking distance to Golden Beach shopping centre where you will find a supermarket and a choice of cafes and restaurants. You will be able to experience all that Golden Beach and surrounds has to offer from this luxury unit.

This property is perfect for anyone looking for beautiful winter sun on the balcony.

Please note there is not a washing machine or dryer in the unit. There is a shared laundry that guests can use in the building.

Peaceful Getaway

This unit was a lovely place to stay, however we didn’t realise on booking that it was part of the larger Ramada Resort. Would have been good to have been able to get access to the unit from hotel reception rather than have to go into town first (without a car) to pick up keys. While the unit’s appointments are a little outdated it was comfortable place to stay for the weekend. Beat part was its great central location and cracking views.

Hi Narelle, We ensure our prices are kept competitive. For an absolute waterfront apartment, of it's age, we feel the price is competitive. This is the first time we have received a cleaning complaint so I am very shocked. It would be helpful to know what these issues are, if you would be able to to send us a private message on here with further detail or email our office from your booking confirmation? The size of the apartment is in the photos and description. It is the same size as a standard one bedroom resort apartment. It sounds like you may have been expecting a larger sized accommodation. Our stay was average. We enjoyed the less crowded/noisy atmosphere. The apartment was peaceful too. Great location. Communication needs to be more clear on the fact that it’s privately owned and where the keys need to be collected so guests know they need to go into town to collect keys instead of heading straight to the resort. On a serious note: The apartment was reeking with mould as the air conditioners had lots of mould inside of it. Owner needs to get on top of this.
