Excellent Position! --so close to the beach! -This comfortable and stylish 2 bedroom unit is only meters from Kings beach & Kings Beach Park. The modern kitchen features everything you need to cook your own meals, or step out the door to the many restaurants and cafes of Kings each. A BBQ is also available on the outside wrap around verandah. The unit is airy and light with modern tasteful furnishings.
All rooms have ceiling fans.
Sleeping up to 5 people it is the perfect spot for all holiday makers. Free Wifi is available in the unit.
Spinnaker 2 caters for families and couples alike.
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double and single bed in the 2nd bedroom.
Note that all pillows, doonas and blankets are provided but you will be required to supply your own sheets and towels etc
Also be aware no pets are allowed.

Parking was easy.guest park at rear. Apartment was tidy.could have been cleaner. No view but that did not bother us. Pool was great and beach right across the road. Was a bit upset with check in. Told checkin was 2pm. Day before we were to go I received text to say keys available approx 2.30. Went to get keys and was told..well check in isnt till 3pm. Apart from that we had a lovely time...

Enjoyable Stay

My family and I had an enjoyable stay. This property is in a prime location meters from the beach. Some parts to the property were not clean when we checked in but it did not stop us from having a great holiday.

Wonderful place to stay

Overall fantastic place to stay. Only a couple of minutes walk to Kings Beach. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Location and convienence without the view.

Just enough space for family of 5. Some compromises are needed ie luggage space, lack of working DVD player, but proximity to beach, cafes, restaurant and ocean pool was great.

Nice unit

The unit is in a good location very close to the beach and cafes. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils. The balcony was nice and big and a lovely place to sit, we spent a lot of time there. We enjoyed our stay at the unit.

Great space, size & location. Beds comfy and nice waking up to birds singing. We felt a little disappointed there was not much of a view & the property is getting a little tired. Nothing provided, no tea or coffee or toiletries like shampoo or body wash.

Great location at Kings Beach

Unit is comfortable and accommodated our family very well. Balcony and pool in the complex were a bonus. Very convenient location close to sea water pool, patrolled beach, playground and parks with walking paths north and south. Convenience store and coffee shops and takeaway close by. We didn’t use the car till leaving - a very relaxing break.

Family Holiday

The apartment was perfect for our family close to the beach and food outlets. Has everything you need in the apartment (including a high chair perfect for us with a Bub,) just make sure to take linen including tea towel and Bath Mat. Got a beautiful breeze hardly needed the fan. We loved it will definitely stay again in the near future..

Location was incredible

This place is in the perfect spot for the beach. We loved walking to the kings beach convenience store for a Colombian coffee, they sell some really yummy cheese, dips and meats. Yum wasabi was literally across the road and the best Thai food we’ve ever had. The apartment had all we needed for the stay, lots of room for a family, fans were amazing and high powered so the no aircon didn’t bother us. We didn’t really have any issues apart from the unit needing a little vacuum when we first got there. Other than that, enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Location

As a family with two very small kids we wanted to be close to everything including playgrounds and this property is in the perfect location for this as well as the saltwater pool and Kings Beach itself. The apartment has a lovely large balcony and all amenities are catered for with a very large flat screen tv, a dvd library as well as lots of board games. It's not a new property but I feel the price reflects this and the overall look and feel of the property is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
