The Space:
This studio is carefully designed to offer you a relaxing stay while reflecting the exquisite taste and giving you an unrivaled experience. This apartment will make you feel right at home thanks to its elegant furnishings and lovely décor.

The studio is furnished in soothing white and blue hues for the soothing & luxury feel, while over-sized windows allows the warm sunlight brighten up the room. There is a comfy couch (convertible into sofa bed) beside the bed where you can sit back while watching your favorite shows on the HD TV that is placed on the elegant white TV console. A queen-sized bed that can sleep two is fitted with comfortable mattress, premium hotel-quality linens and pillows for that full relaxation during your entire stay.

If you are a cook by heart, then the kitchen is perfect for you to show your cooking skills as it is equipped with all the modern appliances and necessities you will be needing for easy cooking. Enjoy the delectable meals prepared in the kitchen with your loved ones in this chic dining area, which features a glass dining table and three dining chairs in a teal blue color.

Bathroom has essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and soft towels to ensure a smooth experience.

Step into the balcony and breathe some fresh air while enjoying a cup of coffee during anytime of the day and indulge in the refreshing views that this balcony has to offer. Balcony comes complete with outdoor furniture for you and your loved ones!

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and café.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anyawhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, etc.)

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train, ferry, or tram, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

Meanwhile, the Dubai ferry is only a few minutes away. Its routes include a stop at Dubai Water Canal, circular tourist trip to Burj Al Arab, circular trip to Jumeirah Beach, and others.

The Dubai Marina tram station is around 8 minutes away by foot. You can get on one if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, and others. This connects also connects to the metro station if you fancy going around Dubai (Dubail Mall and Mall of Emirates).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
