This was our second time staying at the Lake House. It was incredible watching the lake. The house is warm and comfortable and fully stocked most games, movies, everything you need for a long-term stay. And Kim was an excellent host. We look forward to our next stay.
Very nice and cozy property well maintened. Luxurious furniture. Have a large dining room table and lots of room in the living room. Should be great in the summer
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The propery is clean and the location provided plenty of privacy. Water is right in the back yard and we even occasionally saw wild bunnies running arond the yard! I would recommend.
The entire property was beautiful and well maintained. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the A/C kept the entire house nice and cool. I would definitely come back.
Beautiful property on a wonderful, peaceful lake. We swam, sat out on the deck for meals, saw the Milky Way lying out on the dock while loons called. Very clean and well stocked. Many great trails nearby. Convenient to airport and Halifax. Highly recommend!
Beautiful property, great location, especially when heading out for day trips to other towns and beaches. My two grandchildren, ages 5 and 7 had the best experience fishing for the first time (tip-use worms as bait), we were catching fish every 10 seconds but we put them back in the water.Kim was very helpful with any questions we had, wonderful hostess.I would definitely stay here again!
We needed a place for our team to rest and relax between competition and training days. This house was perfect! Thanks so much for the last minute help in retrieving forgotten items! Awesome host! We would stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we weren’t allowed a campfire which was unfortunate since the website said there was a firepit there for our use. There were no paddles for the kayak readily available to us either. Overall it was a great stay. Beautiful place very quiet.
We stayed at the Lakehouse for 12 days. The property is clean, beautiful and the lake is really nice. There are grocery stores, pharmacy, pizza, etc. in town. We went to the local Farmer’s market, trailway trail, Martinique beach, got a massage in town, made friends. Everything we needed was provided at the Lakehouse. We asked for instructions on how to lock the front door and Ms. Kim quickly responded to all our questions. It’ll be a good idea to have these instructions in the welcome folder. We recommend the Lakehouse!! We will definitely be back! We enjoyed our stay!
