Downtown WP Villa 38 I Private Hot Tub I Great Views I Bunk Room I Discounted Attractions

Thanks so much for your kind words Alyssa ! We put a ton of pride and heart into what we do and the homes we manage, in hopes we’re helping our guests create lifelong memories! We’re so glad you’ve noticed, and are hopeful you continue to choose us for your Winter Park lodging needs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Will. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the hot tub and grill, as this is not the level of cleanliness or functionality we aim to provide. Once we were made aware, our team addressed the hot tub issue and, unfortunately, it was unable to be fully restored during your stay. In line with our policy for temporary amenity issues, we issued a refund for the nights the amenity was not available. We regret that this impacted your experience and appreciate your communication with us during your stay. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so we can prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience moving forward.
