Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 cars. Great location and great house. The hottub stayed at 103 even though it was -10 out. Really appreciated the touches for families with young kids (plastic plates, kid friendly dvds and board games, a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs). Would definitely stay again.

Super comfortable stay with convenience and amenities! Everything you would need for a ski stay - hot tub out the back door, plenty of space and beds for kiddos, well stocked kitchen, comfy living room, upgraded beds, garage with ski storage and boot dryers. Would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed in Winter Park many times over the years and this is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. Everything is very modern and updated. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware, all of which were in great shape (many times rentals have a hodgepodge of mismatched materials). All of the little things that make a stay enjoyable and easy were thought of, from having plenty of towels for the hot tub to great storage for skis and boots (with warmers) in the garage. We would highly recommend this rental and plan on staying here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in Winter Park. The condo was very cozy and clean. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful views and well-stocked stay!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in. The house had 5 humidifiers - which really helps in the mountains and prevented us from feeling dry effects. There was plenty of bedding, comfortable beds, toiletries provided in the showers, lots of towels including for hot tub, sleds in the garage, baby items, cleaning supplies and tons of spices in the kitchen. All these items make a stay that much easier for us as a family of 5. The sunset views from the back were gorgeous and we loved ground level access to the snow. Plus the local shuttle almost can't be any closer! We would absolutely stay at this house again if it were just our family and I am also looking at larger WPE rentals if we come with a group. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Family Christmas Getaway

Amazing property, so well situated in the neighborhood, backed up to open space with great views from the hot tub. The unit accommodated our family of six nicely, very warm and comfortable with a great kitchen and large family room. The ski shuttle was so easy and close by, we also enjoyed several of the trails up the hill and by the river. Would definitely come back again!

We ventured to Colorado to spend Thanksgiving with our family. This home did not disappoint with its beautiful views and amenities. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Taking a dip in the hot tub was wonderful after spending the day on the slopes. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. We will be back!
