The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful Private Escape on Lookout Mountain home!
Our beautiful home features not only newly renovated and beautifully furnished indoor accommodations but also picture-perfect outdoor activities! Inside our home, you will find a wood-burning stove, Central heat and AC, a fully stocked kitchen, a large living room, games for you and your family, a shuffleboard/bowling table, comfy and cozy bedrooms, and so much more! As much as you and your family will enjoy the inside of our home, it will be equally as enjoyable outside! Right off of our home, you will find a large outside deck overlooking the backyard, pond, and trail. From this deck, you will see breathtaking sunsets, and mountain views, or you can just enjoy seeing your family get back into nature. Outside you will also find pear and apple trees on the property and plenty of blackberry bushes, feel free to help yourself to a mid-hike snack! There are multiple seating spots outside of the deck as well, you can find a comfortable spot to rest from your day of adventure on the bench swing, by the fire pit, or at the picnic table by the pond! Our pond is also fully stocked with multiple types of fish, please bring fishing gear with you.
ACTIVITIES around the area:
10 minutes from Rock City, 10 minutes from Cloudland Canyon, 5 minutes from the Lookout Mtn Flight Park, 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, and surrounded by all of the trails Lookout Mountain has to offer. This is a gem in the woods you sure don't want to miss!

5. Chattanooga Riverfront: Enjoy paddle boarding up/down the TN River. Rentals are available. Stop and grab a bite to eat on the north shore to fuel yourself for more paddle-boarding

PLEASE NOTE: We engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc. These small creatures can be outside the property as well. Please be advised of the rural location of this property and these possibilities.
The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.
Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.
If you would like to use the fire pit or fireplace during your stay please bring a fire starter and wood.
