Large front porch and spacious open floor plan concept makes this the perfect place to gather with friends and family for loads of fun!

Plenty of parking, level large yard for kids to run and play.

This amazing “home away from home” is on quiet street in an older, established neighborhood. Located 5 miles from Chattanooga's Main Street action, 6 miles from downtown Chattanooga, and 4 miles from historic Chickamauga Battlefield. Convenient to attractions such as Tennessee Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, IMAX 3D Theater, Chattanooga Zoo, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway. Shop in Chattanooga's North Shore area or Hamilton Place Mall, neither far away.

There is a yummy Mexican restaurant around the corner as well as a Dollar General and Food City. Roy’s Diner is around the corner and has fabulous breakfast!

The 3rd bedroom has a futon and isn’t a true bedroom, more of a “pass-thru” room. This could be used for sleeping or for entertainment. There is no door to close this room off.

Each bedroom (3) has a tv and there is a tv in the living room.

There are extra chairs on the porch and in the property if needed.

The kitchen table only sits four (as seen on the pictures).

Exceeded expectations

Everything was set up to make sure that the stay would be as pleasant as can be. It feels as if you're stepping into your own little home away from home. The whole experience- from booking, the actual stay, to check out process was smooth. All in all this was a great place to stay if you are anywhere in the area.

Cute little house!

We had a wonderful experience! Our friend ran in the half Ironman competition (go JJ!) and we came to support her. The house was exactly what we needed! Very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed the home. It is absolutely gorgeous. The owner is extremely nice and if you have a question you get an answer quickly. There was a grill and everything for us to use. The house has all you need for a home away from home. I would highly recommend! And the price can’t be beat.

Cute little house

The owner was great. My daughter locked the bathroom door behind her and I contacted the owner and she got the necessary tools as quickly as she could to get the door unlocked. Very friendly through the whole process and great communication.

House was super cute and clean.

Technically only a two bedroom, 3rd room doesn’t have a door. Kitchen table is only big enough for 4 people. Need an extra folding table or something to accommodate larger groups but if your not planning on eating there you are fine. We had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving there so we made it work.

Very clean and comfortable

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at this rental, though admittedly we were only there for one night. I found it to be very clean and the bed was comfortable. Someone else commented on it being too close to the road but I did not find that to be the case at all. The yard is quite large. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw very little traffic at all. I would be comfortable staying there with children. The host communicated well and frequently. She provided a phone number in case we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking plentiful

Two beds turned into a futon and blow up beds. It was clean. It had a bad construction job. Everything is uneven. Everything slants downhill. It needed a Dutch oven or large pot. I planned on cooking a Christmas meal for the family. A tea pitcher would have been nice. The property is really close to the road and the residents in that area fly down the road. I would not recommend this property to anyone with young rambunctious boys. The traffic down the road was too fast. The yard attached was large enough to play. It’s just the door/road closeness unnerved me. The mini hairdryer was cute. It’s less than dollar size. Recommendations for owner: more pots & pans, list property as a two bedroom (beds, and put up a grab bar for anyone getting out of the deep tub needs assistance.

Donna, I am really shocked by you your review as we have had several family come and stay at our property with none of the issues or concerns you have stated. We also communicated throughout your stay and you had no complaints. Our goal is always 100% satisfaction, so if you were unpleased, I would have rather you mentioned it to me during our conversations and I would have given you the opportunity to cancel, no fees, to find something that better met your need. I would like to first mention that you were aware of the futon and had no issues. I gave you the option to cancel the reservation if the accommodations didn’t meet the needs of your group. Also, it is stated in the listing that the 3rd bedroom is a pass-thru room that does not close off from the rest of the house. It also states that the room has a futon. It’s a versatile room that is large and can be used for sleeping, playing, or simply watching TV. I think saying that out house had a “bad construction job” is rude and unfair. Our floors do not slant. There is one step down inside the house that is addressed with a sign and professionally constructed. I can’t anticipate everything a guest would need during their stay, such as a tea pitcher or Dutch oven, but in the past if guest wanted something specific on-site, they would ask and I’ve always accommodated. If those things were required for your stay, you could have simple requested them. The house actually sit back very far from the street and we have had several families enjoy our home and the large back and side yard it provides. The hairdryer is an amenity that I wanted to provide my guest and is not a requirement of the listing and I have never had one complaint about it. I appreciate your review and your feedback but I don’t agree with your statements or your rating. Perfection does not exist, but my constant desire is for every guest to be happy and enjoy their stay. I’m so sorry to hear that this listing did not meet your expectations.

Great Visit

We were in town for a long weekend for a sporting event. The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and updated, had everything we needed. We were close enough to get things we needed to cook and stay in and about a 10 minute drive to many great local places to eat. Would definitely stay again if back in Chattanooga area. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home w/great outdoor space

We stayed to visit lakewinnie which was literally a few miles away. Home was very clean and welcoming. I was taken a little shocked with the neighborhood a little, but the home itself was very comfortable. We were tired and didn’t stop at the store before we got there since it was late and was so thankful it was snacks waiting! Extra towels and blankets were great for my kiddos. The yard was wonderful as we played games and we also played with the cards in the home as well.

Close to Lookout Mountain with less traffic.

Had a small issue with plumbing from previous guest but was immediately fixed. Things Happen as a home owner and was extremely happy on how quickly it was fixed on a weekend. Will stay at this property again. Close to attractions that we wanted to see. House was clean and easy to find.

Family Trip

This was a cute place that made you feel like you were at home. The property manager was great!! She was so nice and made sure that my family and I had everything we needed. She even dropped off a little Halloween treat for the kids!! It was easy to navigate to all the local attractions.

Relaxing

We loved the location of this property. The property manager was amazing and if needed anything (which we didn't) I know she would have returned any message or call immediately. The location was close enough to everything but far enough out that we didn't feel like we was in the center of the tourist attractions. They had everything there to accommodate our group of 7. The snacks provided helped keep the children happy until we made it to the grocery store for more snacks. We will be back again for when another weekend visit is planned. It was well worth the price for a small vacation before school started.

Quiet Stay

My gf, her kids, and I stayed at this nice cozy cottage. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It sits below the Incline Railway and isn't far from other attractions in Chattanooga. The hostess made herself available if we needed her, but she definitely made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would recommend this place for anyone to stay at.
