The Space:
Inside, you'll find a welcoming foyer leading to the main bedroom on the left. This cozy retreat features a King bed, attached bathroom, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The consistent flooring and color scheme throughout the cottage create a soothing ambiance.

Down the hallway, discover the second bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and ample storage space. The adjacent second full-sized bathroom ensures convenience for all guests. Bright and inviting, it showcases a tub and shower combo with stylish glossy tile accents.

Completing the bedrooms, the third bedroom offers a full-sized bed, accent nightstands, and abundant natural light from its corner windows. Privacy and peacefulness await, courtesy of the window treatments.

On the right side of the home, the living space and kitchen beckon. The family room boasts a bay window and a cozy high top bistro set. A dedicated desk provides a workspace for digital nomads, while the main seating area features comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and a portable DVD player.

Adjacent to the family room, the dining room showcases a rustic table, chairs, and a bench, comfortably seating six. Through the hurricane and soundproof sliding door, you'll step onto the patio, overlooking the backyard. A hidden laundry room with modern appliances and convenient outdoor access completes the living area.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a glass-fronted beverage door in the refrigerator. From the Keurig-style coffee maker to the blender, it has everything you need for culinary adventures.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

This is a PET FRIENDLY home with no additional charge for 2 non-shedding pets per reservation. The back yard is totally fenced making it quite dog friendly. No cats please!

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
