Welcome to this completely private single-family home located on the quite street, steps away from the magnificent Naples Botanical Garden. Everything in the home is brand new.

Our 3-bedrooms, 2-bathroom home is located in the Bayshore Arts District, a trendy neighborhood that is pedestrian friendly and is just minutes away from all the attractions Naples has to offer. The spacious backyard offers a perfect escape from the city life with the lush greenery and tranquil surroundings.
The interior is tastefully decorated and offers an open concept living. You will find the kitchen to be well stocked with all the necessities to prepare a delicious meal and if you want to take a break from cooking, there are plenty of gourmet restaurants in the neighborhood.

The house is equipped with high speed WIFI, Netflix and several games for family time. Washer and dryer are for your use and convenience. Baby pack-n-play along with sheets is available as well.

There are 4 Tommy Bahama foldable chairs along with 2 umbrellas and beach towels for you to take to the white sandy beach. We also provide 2 brand new adult bikes so you can explore the area.

This is a self-check in property. You will be receiving separate instructions with the code prior to your arrival. The code is only valid during your reserved time and gets changed in between every reservation. We try to accommodate early/late check ins/outs, if possible.

The very best

My family stayed over the Easter Holiday the house could not have suited them any better. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths gave everyone enough room to relax. Kitchen was so very well equipped. The location was perfect!! The bicycles got a lot of use!!

Everything fine…

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber sehr gut zu erreichen, antwortete immer schnell und umfangreich. Super Unterkunft, man kann waschen & trocknen, ganz viele kleine Utensilien werden im Haus vorgehalten, super Service! einzige zwei Korinthenkacken-Wermutstropfen: 1) die elektronische Verschaltung und Handhabung der Lichter und Ventilatoren gestaltete sich zumindest am Anfang etwas schwierig für Nichtelektroniker und 2) es gibt keine (Suppen)Löffel (nur Teelöffel) und keine großen Gabel (nach deutschen Maßstäben nur Kuchengabeln) Alles in allem David „Mucho gusto“, du warst ein super Gastgeber!

Quiet access to all the action

This was a perfect option for us. We wanted to be able to get to all of the local action easily, but also wanted the quiet neighborhood escape in the evening. We would stay again!
