Quick stay with family
This was a great rental for our family of 6. The 1920’s house still has some original character with updated kitchen and baths. It’s in a great neighborhood. We took a walk at night and it was quiet and felt safe.

Great location
Enjoyed getting together with family, and the 4 bedrooms were perfect for our 6 guests. I did have some problems opening the lock box, but that was my issue, and the owner came by and showed me how to open. The rest of the stay was perfect.

Very well appointed. Great location. Property manager was very responsive to an issue that ended up not being an issue. If you are looking for a nice home in Wash Park area then this is the 4 bedroom 2 bathroom place to stay!

Great house!
We stayed in Denver for a wedding. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood! We were close to many venues and restaurants. The property manger was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay.
