The property manager Rachel was so kind, and responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. It’s very clean, the beds are super comfortable, and also a good neighborhood if you need to take your dog for walks during your stay.
This property was amazing, very roomy, any kitchen tool you may want available. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There were four of us staying and we each had complete privacy when needed. I would definitely stay again!
Close location to family for us. Very comfortable layout. Beautiful property. Had a slight glitch at check in that was quickly resolved. Very quiet area!! One note—pillows on bed in primary bedroom definitely need replaced (easy fix) as well as I’d recommend an auto-off coffee maker. One of those things that’s pretty standard on all coffee makers now and definitely a potential safety issue. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great place close to everything!
Nice how close everything was! We were in town for a wedding and made it a perfect weekend home-away between events. The property was easy to find and check in was smooth. Loved the extra parking available as well. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen seemed well-equipped also. The first and second bedrooms were perfect. The third bedroom, with no window in it ( seemed more like a large a storage room) was a bit small for the space but still worked if you just needed sleep. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall would stay again! Thank you!
Nice place. Seemed like a model home in new development. Kitchen stocked with equipment enough to cook. Check-in was easy. The use of a garage was really nice.
Coffee maker was very nice compared to previous review.
Issue we noted was that the bottom floor was cold even with heat turned up. Likely from design of home. It worked for what we needed.
We had a little problem initially getting into the VRBO. Once we figured it out it was no problem. The thee bedrooms were nice so everyone had there own place to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom had a very worn out mattress pad that needs replaced. The biggest problem was the sink in the upstairs hall bedroom is nearly completely plugged. It needs urgent attention. We saw some tiny fruit ants that were attacked to our dogs food. That seems like a normal sort of thing especially in Nampa. Overall we had great time and would stay there again.

From the Owner: "Thanks so much for your review. I am sorry I’m just seeing this. I apologize it was not 100% to your standards. I have bought new linens and mattress pad covers so your next stay should be more pleasant."
The HVAC unit was unable to cool the house and it was miserable each night trying to sleep in 84+ temps inside the house, daily outside temps exceeded 105F each day. The property manager was contacted but the issue was not resolved during our stay. We had to request fans and they delivered two little 10” personal sized fans, we needed oscillating floor fans. The only room with a ceiling fan was the living room. We slept a few nights on the couch, lucky for us that two sides of the couch reclined. Otherwise the house would have been great and would have four or five stars for each area.

Hi Douglas, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced an issue during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-We apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to the A/C not cooling the house adequately. When we were informed of the issue, we immediately delivered fans to help, though we understand they didn’t fully address the problem. We contacted several A/C repair companies, but due to the extended heat warnings in the area, the earliest available appointments were a few days out. We regret that this couldn’t be resolved during your stay.-The HVAC system has since been repaired to ensure future guests can enjoy a comfortable environment. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Region 4 Arabian Championship Horse Show
The home was very comfortable and close to the Idaho Ford Center for the horse show. When we arrived there was a sack of garbage near the entrance door in the garage and the dishwasher was still loaded with dishes from the previous visitors. The coffee machine never worked properly during the our stay. For those of us who have trucks for hauling horses, the parking was very tight and suited more for compact vehicles. The home was very well equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, however I suggest equipping the kitchen with basics like salt and pepper and sugar although there was a spice rack with other lesser used spices. Rooms were very comfortable. I suggest that in the future instructions on the operation of of appliances and the television be placed in a handy notebook on the desk. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay and I would definitely choose to stay there again.
