THE SPACE
Located in the Blue Seas apartment building, a low rise complex of 3 apartments only. Blue Vista is located on the 2nd floor and accessible via internal stairs, 15 steps in total.
The apartment boosts natural light throughout, beautifully decorated by a professional interior designer. It has an instant pleasant feel.
Open plan living with large kitchen and lounge room opens up to the front balcony where you comfortably dine alfresco with 4-6 people. Sun loungers are available to chill out on the deck and to enjoy the views.
TV in every bedroom.
The owners live here part of the year and share the glory of their beach pad with you, so you find a fully functioning home with all conveniences about.

Smeg Barrista machine as well as Nespresso pod coffee machine available. Weber BBQ.

Reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge and master bedroom.
There is always a pleasant ocean breeze too.

A double lock up garage is included. Plenty of free street parking.

NO PETS ALLOWED
No pets are allowed due to Strata rules. MySOLscape has plenty of other pet friend accommodation choices, just filter on 'pets allowed' or get in touch with us to discuss your needs.

We cater to families and couples. The apartment is not suitable for school groups, or under 18 groups, young adult groups, mature adult groups.

Just at the end of the street we have Port's award winning 5 star restaurant, The Stunned Mullet. Across the road at the beach is Salty Crew Café and Milkbar café is just a 2 minutes stroll. Walk the other way and within 5 minutes you are in Port Macquarie's CBD with its waterfront cafes, taverns and restaurants.
You cannot beat this location, outdoor and town centre at your doorstep.
